- Each country establishes and implements its own safety
standards based on its situation to secure vehicle safety
- Different standards mean technical trade barrier for free
trade in the midst of increasing vehicle trades
- The global harmonization of safety standards is the trend
in order to remove the barrier and secure the competiveness of the
automobile industry of each country
