Overview
- Checking the safety status of a transportation provider with one traffic accident resulting in more than one casualty or three serious injuries or a provider exceeding a certain traffic safety review index in the previous year
- Regular inspection with target for the transportation company that exceeds more than one casualty or three serious injuries in one traffic accident quarterly and more than the given transportation safety evaluation index in each mode yearly.
Implementation
- Two reviewers of TS conduct on-site inspection on the general operational status of the subject transportation provider and its drivers, driving conditions, training, and management of accidents and vehicles.
- Carrying out a general inspection for the administration and operation sectors such as the company permission, the licence or training of drivers, the car condition and the accident management, etc. by two TS inspectors.
